In case of the tiltable version, the furnaces are tilted first around the pouring lip, allowing the molten metal to flow out on the same position. Continuous, smooth casting is ensured by the easily and well controllable hydraulic cylinders.

Electric furnaces are heated by heating panels made of polygonal elements. The panels are assembled as heating blocks so that they can easily be replaced if needed after lifting the furnace lid. In the case of stationary furnaces, it can be replaced without removing the crucible.

Aluminium transporting, pouring trolley: The aluminum transporting pouring trolley is suitable for the secure transport of molten aluminium between the aluminium melting furnaces and the cooling furnaces within the plant. It can be used for pouring as well. The two wheels with brakes ensure that the trolley cannot move during loading and unloading. The manually operated hydraulics enable an easy and controlled cauldron tilting.
